Can customers get a stamp without leaving the car?

Yes. Your staff scans the QR on the customer's phone.

Do different wash types earn different points?

On a points card, points follow the amount, so an interior and exterior wash earns more.

Does my customer need to download an app?

No. The customer scans the QR with the phone camera and the card is added straight to Apple Wallet. On Android it opens as a saveable page in the browser; Google Wallet support is coming soon.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

On iPhone the card goes into Apple Wallet. On Android it currently works as a saveable browser page (stamping by QR is the same); Google Wallet support is coming soon. On both, the phone's own camera reads the QR.
