Seller
The seller's legal name, MERSIS and tax details, address, phone, email and KEP address are listed in the "Provider / seller details" box at the top of this page. This form is provided before the contract under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Service and price
Dokun digital loyalty card software subscription (Starter, Growth or Pro). The price depends on the plan, period (monthly/yearly) and number of locations and is shown on the payment screen; all prices are in Turkish lira, VAT included.
Payment and renewal
Payment is taken from your credit card via iyzico's secure payment form; card details are never sent to Dokun. The subscription renews automatically each period until canceled. If a payment fails, a 3-day grace period applies, after which the dashboard becomes read-only.
Performance and withdrawal
The service starts immediately upon payment approval. Under Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal may not apply to services started with your consent; this will be confirmed by legal review.
Cancellation and plan changes
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period, with no refund for the remaining time. Upgrades apply immediately and the new amount is charged that day; downgrades apply from the next period.
Complaints and disputes
Contact us by email. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within statutory limits. Consumer law may not apply to business (merchant) customers.
