Parties

Seller: Dokun, whose legal name and contact details are listed in the "Provider / seller details" box at the top of this page. Buyer: the business representative entering billing details on the payment screen.

Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Buyer's electronic subscription to the Dokun digital loyalty card software service.

Price and payment

The subscription fee is the VAT-inclusive amount shown on the payment screen and is charged automatically by credit card via iyzico at the start of each period (monthly/yearly). The Seller announces price changes before the new period.

Term and termination

The agreement is concluded for the selected period and renews for the same period unless canceled. The Buyer may cancel anytime from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no partial refund. If payment fails, the service becomes read-only after a 3-day grace period.

Right of withdrawal

As the service starts immediately with the Buyer's consent, the withdrawal exception under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation may apply. Consumer law does not apply if the Buyer is a merchant. (Legal review required.)

Invoice and disputes

The invoice is sent to the Buyer's email after payment. Turkish law applies; for consumers, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
